Meet our Therapists:

Madeline is a South Carolina native, (and Gamecock) located near the USC campus and Main Street Columbia. 

 

She has years of experience working with clients struggling with disordered eating, depression, anxiety, OCD and PTSD. She is also a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and assists clients in recovery from eating disorders.

 

When she's not at work she enjoys spending time with her fiancé, two dogs, listening to true crime, and visiting her family at the beach!

Emily specializes in working with clients struggling with grief, anxiety, depression, life transitions, body image and disordered eating.

​

Emily has a special interest in working with USC students on life transitions, anxiety, and OCD. She also specializes in supporting those suffering after the loss of a loved one or overwhelmed by the pressures of caregiver responsibilities. 

​

When she's not at work, Emily enjoys reading, spending time with family, and traveling with her fiance!

Emily Snead, Ed.S, LPC-A

Caisey is passionate about empowering her clients to identify and process trauma so they can move forward to a more regulated life. Caisey recognizes working on trauma can be vulnerable and uncomfortable, which is why she intentionally utilizes a calm and supportive approach.

Caisey is trained in a variety of counseling techniques including EMDR, CPT, CBT and DBT.  Caisey has a special interest in helping individuals struggling with challenges related to disordered eating, infertility, perinatal and postpartum difficulties, life transitions, depression, anxiety, and PTSD. Caisey believes the first step to healing is being willing to seek help for yourself, and she looks forward to supporting you on your personal healing journey.

Eating Disorder Treatment

Counseling using a Health at Every Size, (HAES)® perspective. Focuses include:

-Intuitive Eating principles

-Body image work

-Food freedom

-Improving relationship with movement

**It is often recommended clients recovering from an active eating disorder work in tandem with a therapist and Registered Dietitian specialized in eating disorder treatment. Please inquire for referrals.**

Grief and Caregiver Counseling

Grieving the loss of a loved one is one of the most painful experiences we go through in life. You don't have to be alone through this. If you are a caregiver - you are not alone in this. Reach out for support today.

Community Outreach

Investment

We believe mental healthcare is an investment in your health. We strive to find ways to make services as affordable as possible for our clients. If finances are a concern, please let us know during our consultation so we can share resources for external financial aid.

Madeline is In Network with BCBS, offers Superbills for all other networks, as well as sliding scale fees when applicable.

Emily offers low cost sessions, Superbills for possible insurance reimbursement, and sliding scale when applicable. 

Caisey is in the process of becoming an In Network provider for BCBS. Until then, she will continue offering Superbills for BCBS. She offers Superbills for all other networks as well.
